Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • What other fees do I pay?

    You will need to create a developer account for Apple and Google. These are fees you pay them, not us. We will help you through the entire process.

  • How long does it take?

    The entire process from creating the apps to submitting them to the iOS and Anroid app stores will take around 2-4 weeks.


    If you'd like to us to deliver your mobile apps in under two weeks, we can do that for an additional fee. At checkout, you can select "Expedited Delivery" and select the 2 week or 1 week options.

  • I just want an app for iPhones, is this ok?

    No problem! Your price would still remain the same. 

  • Can you make an iPad app?

    You better believe it! This requires an additional fee but it definitely can be done.

  • How do I cancel services?

    When you sign up, you are notified that you must cancel 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. Just let us know by email or within your website editor portal. 

  • Do you offer support?

    Yes, we have email and chat support. Our team is always here to help you.

  • I use Booksy, can we connect this to the app?

    You know it! We have worked with many cusotmers who use Booksy, we can certainly connect your booking with your app.
